    This place is gorgeous! Immaculately clean! The Yourpad Team called me ahead of time to clearly communicate details regarding the stay and were incredibly friendly and great to work with! The location itself is amazing and beautiful! Easy to access downtown Charleston in 10 minutes! I will be staying here again and again!

    This property is a Gem !!! It is the most charming property I have stayed in anywhere in the US !! The interior design is stellar !!! I want to redecorate my whole life to reflect the vibe of this place !!!The owners and property managers have spared no details in making this a wonderful and memorable experience for their guests.     Our stay was great! There are many restaurants and coffee shops near by and I felt like most of the places we needed to go was less then 10 minute drive. Wear comfortable shoes if you plan on walking around. The team responded quickly and worked their way to help meet my needs. The place was clean and had everything we needed plus the bed and sheets were comfy! Local people are very friendly in the area so it was a great vibe through out the visit.

    Super easy check in with a code box on the door. Was a large living room, large master bed and a huge balcony area. It looked just like the photos. It was a 10 min walk or so to the beginning of king street restaurants. We walked everywhere we could and only a 20 min Uber to folly beach. Would recommend staying here!

    Perfect location for getaway for friends. We were looking for a home where we could relax, cook our meals, walk to the beach and catch up with old friends. This was the perfect location. Beautiful landscaping with outside lighting that would be perfect in the fall to sit outside at night but we enjoyed it in August as well. There is a small pool onsite that was great for late afternoon dips in the water after the beach all day. Eventhough there is small decking around the pool, we sat on the... steps and the edge of the pool to enjoy chatting. Decor was so cute and we loved it. The bathrooms were spacious and so easy to share for those of us sharing a room (separate toilet area). Also, a half bath downstairs was perfect when we sat up at night to hang out so no one had to go into the bedrooms. The kitchen was huge and well equipped so we cooked in every meal. The house location is about a mile to the center of the island for restaurants/bars so you could walk it easily!read more

    My husband and I spent 3 nights here at the Saint Phillip’s Street Airbnb celebrating our 25th anniversary. This little bungalow was perfect. It was very clean and private. The bed was comfortable and we cooked almost all meals in the little kitchen. We drove to our activities each day but it was a very quick, 10 minutes or less, drive around. It happened to be 110 degrees heat index for our stay but you could walk or bike to locations, if you wanted to. Charleston is pretty small and LOTS to... do and see! We’d definitely stay here again! **Some people have complained about the parking but it fit our 2023 Subaru Forrester just fine. Enough room for 2 cars, stacked (or tandem). Easy to get in and out. Very private.read more

      We provide a detailed, comprehensive report on our financial performance to our owners by the 10th of each month. The report includes all revenues, expenses, and fees, broken down to the cent, in an accounting accrual format. We handle all rental payment collection through trusted platforms and credit card processing, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. Additionally, we remit accommodation taxes to the relevant authorities through Avalara MyLodge Tax, a third-party service, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
